This is the story of a civil servant who works for the fictional Singapore Recycling Corporation. 
Unlike most mild mannered civil servants, the charismatic KENG believes that success comes not from hard work but from making sharp decisions, yes, KING OFTHE KENG is a story of a man who always skives and always gets away with it whilealways finding innovative ways to making a quick buck on the side or to do less work!
